As an EU-based site, we process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).
2. What data we collect
We collect very little, and only what's needed to run the site and respond to you:
- Server log data — our hosting provider automatically records IP address, browser type, and access times for every visit, for security and technical operation. This is standard for any website and is not linked to your identity.
- Contact details you send us — if you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you include (name, email or phone number, and your message) so we can reply. We only use this to answer your inquiry.
- Image delivery — artwork photos on this site are served through Sanity.io, our content management provider. Loading these images sends your IP address to Sanity's infrastructure, the same way any content-delivery network works. See Sanity's privacy policy.
3. Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of any kind. We don't know who you are unless you tell us by getting in touch. If that changes in the future, this policy — and, where required, a consent banner — will be updated first.
4. How long we keep data
Server logs are retained only as long as our hosting provider's standard operational period requires. Emails and messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry, and deleted or archived afterward.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict how we process your data
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority
